The Bootstrap MBA or Conversation AI Challenge?

Choose based on what you need to build next: the business around an offer, or one customer-conversation agent inside an existing business.

By Published 5 min read

The Bootstrap MBA covers the wider business. The Conversation AI Challenge focuses on one customer-conversation agent.

Start with the decision in front of you

In my recent Cebu and Conversation AI sessions, I returned to the same starting point: who are you serving, where are they now and what should happen next? That question also helps you choose a learning program.

If you still need to define your customer and offer, building an agent may be only a small part of the work. If the business already has an offer and a repeated conversation to improve, a focused agent project gives you a narrower place to start.

When The Bootstrap MBA fits

Consider the broader program when your questions connect across the business: what to offer, who to serve, how to communicate its value, how to launch and how to operate without making yourself responsible for every task.

The program page describes two pillars, AI Fluency and Human Design. In this context, Human Design concerns judgment, taste, voice and the life you want the business to support. It is presented alongside practical business-building work.

Read the current Bootstrap MBA page for the specific curriculum, delivery and enrollment terms. Those details are best checked at the point you decide to join.

When the Conversation AI Challenge fits

Choose the focused course when you want to build, test and demonstrate a first GoHighLevel conversation agent. The six stages move through the conversation plan, operating file and voice, first build, offer, journey and handover, then testing and demonstration.

The course uses recordings of demonstrations, coaching and participant practice. You need a laptop, time to practice and GoHighLevel access to build along. Software subscriptions, AI usage and messaging costs are separate from the course.

Questions to settle before choosing

Are these the same program?

No. One covers broader business-building work; the other focuses on a customer-conversation agent. Do not assume that purchasing one includes the other. Check the current offer terms.

Do I need to be a programmer?

The conversation course is aimed at a practical first build. You still need to work through account setup, instructions and tests. Understanding the customer and the agent's responsibility is part of the work.

Does a working agent guarantee clients or sales?

No. A demonstration shows what the agent can do in the tested situation. Finding customers, agreeing an offer and delivering reliably require additional work.
